- "Third-Party Services" means external platforms integrated with the Service, including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and similar services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Service Description
- The Service allows Users to connect Third-Party Services to collect and analyze project activity data
- The Service is currently provided free of charge, and no billing or payment information is collected.
- The Service is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure located in the United States.
5. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
- Users agree not to use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or malicious purposes.
- Users grant the Company permission to access and analyze connected data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6. Data Handling & Privacy
- Collected data is limited to repository metadata, commits, issues, pull requests, and related activity logs.
- Data is processed and stored in the United States.
- The Company does not collect sensitive personal identifiers or payment information.
- Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect data.
7. Modifications to the Service
- The Service relies on Third-Party Services that are not controlled by the Company.
- Availability, accuracy, and functionality of Third-Party Services are subject to their respective terms and policies.
- The Company is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or data loss caused by Third-Party Services.
8. Suspension & Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or if required by law.
9. Modifications to the Service
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email when reasonably possible.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount paid for the Service, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
